I’m Adeline. I graduated from TamKang University and majors in education technology, because I’m interesting in human resource and also got the championship in graduation project competition in the university. Now, I’m taking my master program in the same department.

During the four years in the university, I had many work experiences like operation assistant, waitress and clerk. Now, I’m doing an internship in Asus human resource department, so I really understand the importance in selecting, training, retaining the employees. I do believe that a well-trained process for a new employee would be beneficial to both the employee and the company. And the experience of the jobs did helps me to know more about how to fit in a team quickly, and how to observe one’s mood and how to enhance the efficiency in dealing with many tasks.

By the way, I had been an international volunteer to Nepal for 2 months in the summer vacation when I was a university student. I gave the English lectures to the kids in rural primary school. I also volunteered to hold a marathon game. Those experiences taught me how to work as a team and how to solve the problems by ourselves. The most important thing which I learned from that is how to communicate with my teammates.

Because of the COVID-19, many companies changed their way of operating , like recruitment, training and working. Working online is more and more popular nowadays and I am confident to say ‘I’m ready!’ Thanks for giving me the chance to have the interview. Thank you.
